Set up by father-son duo Graham and Michael Goodwin, Jigsaw has been built based on our personal experiences in recruitment and M&A. As founder of a successful national search firm, Graham has experienced the entire life cycle of a recruitment business and gone through the same journey that you might be: from that initial idea to the dream of a sale. Meanwhile, Michael has worked as an M&A advisor, helping (often) first-time sellers navigate the challenges of a sale or external investment.
